Upon customer approval of ad, all ads must be paid for in advance. We accept Paypal, check or money order. Paypal instructions will be on the customer invoice. Check or Money Order should be made out to C. McNeil.
You may choose ad rates by the month or by the year. If you decide to advertise using the yearly rate, full payment is due in advance and is non-refundable.
