Beginning where we left off at L, bring the needle up M, move up four canvas threads, bring the needle down at N. Bring the needle up at O, move to the right over four canvas threads, bring the needle down at P. And, yes, this FINALLY completes the first Double Leviathan Stitch. Now, continue on to Diagram 5...

Double Leviathan Stitch (Diagram 5):
Like the Leviathan Stitch, the second row of the Double Leviathan Stitch should be worked into the bottom of the first row. Again, like the Leviathan Stitch, you will need to work the second row in the opposite direction of the first row.
The Double Leviathan Stitch is an 
expanded version of the regular leviathan stitch. It is a well-padded stitch that creates a thick, raised appearance. Five diagrams have been used to demonstrate this stitch.
