hole mulitple times without distorting the canvas. When complete, the Ray Stitch creates a "Square" appearance. We have also demonstrated the Expanded Ray Stitch. When complete, the Expanded Ray stitch creates a "rectangle" appearance. For a more interesting look, try alternating colors for each Ray Stitch. Note: this stitch is similar to the Fan Stitch. The difference is in the ways in which the rows are worked. Three diagrams have been used to demonstrate the ray stitch and two diagrams have been used to demonstrate the expanded ray stitch.
